Rosaries From Flowers

If you are interested in placing an order with us please follow the instructions below:

To bring them to us:

Fill out this Order Form and include with payment.
Call Mon - Fri between the hours of 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (est) to set up a convenient time for drop-off.
Take flowers out of water and place them in a paper bag or on a paper towel until you can reach us.
-DO NOT PLACE FLOWERS IN PLASTIC-
Payment terms:
Deposit: Due when order is placed $50 per rosary (checks accepted).
Balance: Due on pick-up (cash is required on final payment).

To mail them:

Take flowers out of water and place them in a paper bag or on a paper towel for 3 to 5 days before mailing.
Print and complete order form.
Enclose a check for the full amount of the order, including a $5.00 shipping/handling charge.
Pack flowers in a paper envelope or box along with completed order form and payment in full.
