 Frequently Asked Questions
- How many flowers does it take to make a rosary?
It only takes one flower to make a full rosary. We have listed the flower requirements for each product on our Products page.
- I have flowers that have been dried for several years, can you still use them?
Yes, we have used flowers that have been dried for years and they still come out beautiful. The only time we cannot use a flower is if it is moldy.
- Do you take Credit Cards for payment?
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not have the ability to process credit or debit cards. We will gladly accept your personal check for deposits and payments in full at time of drop-off or for mail-in orders. We do, however, require cash for the balance of all completed orders at the time of pick-up.
- How long does it take to have a pair of rosaries made?
The turn-around time fluctuates, based on the amount of orders we have in our backlog at the time you place your order. We understand how important these products are to our customers and so we continue to do everything we can to keep our lead-times under 10 weeks.
Please feel free to ask for an estimated delivery time when you place your order.
- Do you offer discounts on multiple orders?
Unfortunately, we do not offer quantity discounts. Each flower and product is crafted by hand and it is this time and labor that drives our cost.
- Is there any type of warranty on your products?
We guarantee all of our work. We have been making rosaries for over 30 years and are now in our second generation of family members manageing and working the business. It is our intent to continue to pass this special gift down to our children with the same quality and customer service that we have provided. You can simply contact us if you have any problems with your product and we will do everything we can to correct the issue.
